Rules for using Recipezy, including subscriptions, AI-generated content, shared recipe links, and acceptable use.
Using Recipezy
By accessing or using Recipezy, you agree to these Terms. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and for personal, non-abusive use.
- You must provide accurate account information when creating or maintaining an account.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and website for your own lawful use.
Accounts, Content, and AI Features
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us permission to host, process, sync, translate, and display that content as needed to operate the service and any sharing features you choose to use.
AI-generated recipes, translations, nutrition values, and suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on them.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
- Do not interfere with the service, reverse engineer it, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.
- Recipezy is not medical, allergy, or food-safety advice; verify ingredients, allergens, and cooking temperatures yourself.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Prices, billing periods, and trial offers are shown at checkout and may vary by storefront or region.
Billing is handled by Apple and related providers, and subscription management is available through your Apple App Store account.
- If you cancel, your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period unless the platform says otherwise.
- Refunds, if any, are subject to the rules of Apple or the provider that processed the purchase.
Suspension, Liability, and Updates
We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse Recipezy, violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or if we must do so for legal or security reasons.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Recipezy is provided as is, and our liability is limited for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
